若松 美緒 ヴィオラ
Mio Wakamatsu Viola
鹿児島県出身。桐朋学園女子高等学校音楽科・桐朋学園大学音楽部・ベルギー王立音楽院にて研鑽を積む。
1996年、霧島国際音楽祭にて特別奨励賞受賞。1997年ドイツの現代アンサンブルModernと秋吉台国際現代音楽祭にて共演しルイジ・ノーノのオペ ラ‘プロメテオ’を日本初演。1999年よりベルギー王立音楽院へ留学、ベルギー王立音楽院室内オーケストラ(現Brussel Chamber Orchestra)を結成し４年間ソロヴィオラを務めベルギー・フランス・ドイツ・スペイン・日本でのツアーにて成功をおさめる。ダルムシュタット現代 音楽セミナーにてスカラシップ賞を受賞し翌々年の同セミナーに招待。2002～03年、Bjorkの‘Vespertain’ヨーロッパツアーに参加。 2005年帰国し、日仏学院主催’フランスの現代作曲家シリーズ出演、国内のオーケストラにエキストラ・客員トップとして出演する傍ら後進の指導にもあた る。安永徹氏をソロコンサートマスターに迎えたチェンバーオーケストラ参加メンバー。2007年よりCompany IZURUの能×現代音楽のコンサートプロジェクトに参加。2008年Tokyo Women's Club 100周年記念式典にて高円宮妃殿下の御前で演奏。
ヴァイオリンを廣瀬大喜・久保田良作・久保良治、篠崎永育、篠崎史紀、ヴィオラを江戸純子・店村眞積・Paul de Clerk各氏に師事。
From Kagoshima prefecture. Graduated from Toho Gakuen Music High School:further study at Toho Gakuen College Music Department and Royal Conservatory of Brussels.Received Special Honorable Award in Kirishima International Music Festival in 1996.Co-performed a Luigi Nono’s opera, “Prometheo”, with a German contemporary Music Ensemble, "Modern" in Akiyoshi International Contemporary Music Festival in 1997 for the first time in Japan.Started to study abroad at Royal Conservatory of Brussels in 1999; formed Chamber Orchestra of Royal Conservatory of Brussels (currently Brussel Chamber Orchestra) and performed solo viola for 4 years to be successful in tours in Brussels, France, Germany, Spain, and Japan.Received Scholarship Award in Darmstadt Contemporary Music Seminar to be invited to the same Seminar in two years.During 2002 to 2004, participated in the European tour of “Vespertain” by Bjork.Returned to Japan in 2005, and performed in “French Contemporary Composers Series” held by Institut francais du Japon; instructed the younger generation while performing in domestic orchestras as an extra or an invited top performer.A participating member in the chamber orchestra, with Mr. Toru Yasunaga invited as its solo concert master.Has joined the concert project of No (Japanese traditional staging) & contemporary music by Company Izuru since 2007.In 2008, performed in the presence of Royal Highness Takamadonomiya at the 100th anniversary of Tokyo Women’s Club.Learned violin from Daiki Hirose, Ryosaku Kubota, Yoshiharu Kubo, Eisuke Shinozaki, and Fuminori Shinozaki; learned viola from Sumiko Edo, Mazumi Tanamura, and Paul de Clerk, respectively.
